A “toll” service is where our customer supplies us the raw materials and/or packaging (typically free issued) and we simply process into finished product on their behalf.
A “Contract manufacture” service is where our customer outsources most or all aspects of product realisation. This means we source the packaging, the raw materials, labels etc. as well as process and manufacture.
Our site facilities include process vessels ranging from small scale batch manufacture (200L) to larger scale batch manufacture (13,000L). We bill ourselves as a liquid contract manufacture and toll specialist; we manufacture simple aqueous blends in conventional paddle mixers right the way through to putty type solvent-based mastics through U-trough mixers and extrusion presses. In short, we will select the plant appropriate to your product according to its chemistry, viscosity and quality requirements.
We stock most types of metal and plastic packaging type from 250ml to 1000L, if we don’t stock it we can source it.
Typically a MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is 1 pallet of packaged goods or 1 IBC (1000L). We are happy to review stock-holding agreements etc. on a product-by-product basis.
Another part of the many products we offer is a tried and tested formula over decades of a traditional oil based wood treatment, it has similar smell, colour and properties to traditional creosote but is non-biocidal, penetrating deep into the timber to reduce rot damage whilst forming a water repellent layer that protects from water ingress and moisture.
