Auditing

We provide support to clients by regularly working with third parties and organisations such as for example the BBA to allow audits to be carried out to make sure their products that carry the BBA Agrément Certificate mark meet the rigorous National and European standards that validate the specialist formulation, capability and uniqueness so that the product is being manufactured to the same quality standard as originally specified and agreed.

We also have independent audits carried out to meet our stringent UKAS ISO 9001:2015 accreditation as well as working closely with local authorities to monitor waste and pollution and recycling. Many of our larger corporate clients have their own standards we must meet so we work closely with them to meet their requirements in line with our policies.

What Is a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?

Our non-disclosure agreement otherwise known as a confidentiality agreement is a legally binding contract that establishes a confidential relationship between Clydebridge Chemicals Ltd and our valued customers.  The parties signing the agreement agree that all sensitive information contained within will not be made available to any others.

Our non-disclosure agreements are common practice for our business when entering into negotiations with other valued clients prior to discussions when looking at potential joint ventures to protect and allow both parties to share confidently sensitive information without fear that it will end up in the hands of competitors.
